Little Creek has over a million dollars invested in Lodges, storage sheds, tractor and equipment for the exclusive use and enjoyment of our Owners.   

The Main Lodge consists of over 3000 sq. ft. and includes 3 bedrooms, which sleeps 8.  It has 2 full baths, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, large den area with wide screen TV, over sized dining table, card table, and a stocked cigar humidor.  It is perfect accommodations for a large family function or weekend retreat.  Adjacent to the Lodge is our Summer Kitchen, which has an oversized outdoor oak dining table, antique gas stove, triple stainless sinks, and bathroom with shower, weather station and computer.  You can cozy up to the fireplace in the Little Lodge, which consists of approximately 1300 sq ft and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and all the comforts of home. The Pond Cabin overlooks the stocked pond and allows you a quaint little get away.  It has one bedroom with a sofa sleeper and sleeps five.  All facilities are fully furnished with linens provided.  You can reminisce over the day’s activities as you cook over the outdoor grills or relax around a roaring fire in the stone fire pits located at each of the facilities.  The Owners of Little Creek are guaranteed, at no additional cost, one week per year in each of the three lodges plus anytime on a short notice when the facilities are not reserved.  Our online reservation system allows Owners to make their own reservations.  They can also view lodging availability and other Owner’s reservations. 

In addition to the three incredible Lodges, there are several other buildings for the Owners use and enjoyment.  Little Creek has an incredible skeet, rifle, pistol and archery range, which includes a covered pavilion area with, grill and fire pit for entertaining your guests.  There are two large quail pens and two dog runs for the winged hunting enthusiasts.  The barn has a tack room with individual cedar compartments to store your tack and equestrian supplies and feed room with refrigerator to store your horses grain, medicine, or supplements.  The maintenance shed consists of a large metal 5 bay building which two bays are used to store Owner’s hunting or camping supplies.  It also has two covered parking areas designated for ATV’s or golf carts.  There is a fully functional skinning shed with running water and walk-in cooler. 

One of our nice features is our 16 ft western style front gate that adds security and convenience for our Owners.  All Owners have remotes and pass codes for entry.  Each Owner can designate up to two phone numbers in the front gate directory for your guests to call and allows them access.  The gate operators can be activated by your cell phone or landline when your guest arrives.  Once inside the gate, guests will really feel at home as they drive on the winding paved roads through the oaks and beautiful scenery.   

Little Creek owns a 2004 New Holland, 4-wheel drive, 110 horsepower, enclosed tractor for the upkeep of the grounds and planting food plots.  We have all the necessary attachments to completely manage our property and trails.  We recently purchased a log splitter to insure that all the facilities can enjoy a roaring fire in each of the fire pits through out the winter months.
