There are currently 10 homes built at Little Creek of which two are permanent residences and the rest are second homes.  Each home demonstrates the Owners individual taste while maintaining the natural setting of Little Creek.  We also have three unique structures, which enhance their owner’s enjoyment of Little Creek.  They are an authentic Indian tipi, an Adirondack lean to, and an elevated pavilion.  There are three homes that are listed for resale.  Please see the Available sites section of our website.
