Homes of Little Creek

Our vision is private homes in a rural gated community.  There are currently twelve homes built at Little Creek. Owners are encouraged to build their dream homes while maintaining the natural setting of the preserve. You’ll also find some owners relaxing or entertaining in unique structures tucked away on private lots to include an Indian Tipi, an Adirondack lean-to, and an elevated pavilion.
