Conservation Easement

In 2013, Little Creek achieved one of its long term goals when a conservation easement was established through the Oconee River Land Trust. Now, Little Creek is protected forever through this Conservation Easement, ensuring the preservation not only of our beautiful land but our vision of the Little Creek way of life: a natural habitat where wildlife can thrive and a place where people can rest, work, play and enjoy the natural beauty of our preserve.
